NAVAN BEST BET: SHAMROCK’s best bet on Saturday runs at Navan in the maiden hurdle at 1.55.

Snow Falcon looks the standout bet on the card in the maiden hurdle at 1.55.
The Noel Meade trained runner has found one too good in each of his last three starts but has only been beaten an aggregate of four lengths and compensation for consistency surely awaits here.
He finished second to Milsean over the two mile trip here on his hurdling debut and that form was hardly boosted when Milsean was turned over at 1/4 next time out.
Snow Falcon then ran a better race, in my opinion, was second to Identity Thief at Leopardstown last out and seemed to enjoy the step up in trip to 2m 4f. He gets an extra three furlongs today and that should be enough to bring about a first win over obstacles and give his trainer his third winner in this race from the last four runnings.
