CORK EARLY NAP: A big day of racing in Ireland on both codes on Sunday. SHAMROCK plays his nap card early in the opener at Cork.
Cork National Day and the last day of the flat at Naas. Plenty for all on Sunday and my nap runs in the opener at Cork.
Eclair De Beaufeu is making his debut in this country for Gordon Elliott but despite the big field size this is a race that is unlikely to take much winning.
Eclair De Beaufeu is a dual bumper winner in testing ground in France and looks a very interesting recruit. The ones with previous form here look very modest.
In the Cork National Raz De Maree bids for a third win in the race but he faces a stiff task at the age of 13 and has to defy top weight.
Minella Beau looks to have a strong chance for Mullins/Walsh. He’s still relatively lightly raced and has to be respected – even though this is a big step up in class for him.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Eclair De Beaufeu (1.05 Cork)
NEXT BEST: Minella Beau (3.15 Cork)
