Tapestry looks a worthy favourite after her winning debut here in July. She beat Chroussa (non runner here) that day and should certainly appreciate the extra furlong here.

I’ve been looking forward to seeing the reappearance of War Command who did me a great turn when winning the Coventry Stakes at 20/1. It was an extraordinary performance at Royal Ascot where he won by six lengths on only his second start. The form has taken several knocks since but it was impossible not to be taken by the style of his success.
