11/8 WINNING NAP FROM ONLY BET: SHAMROCK named one tip and one winner again on Saturday with Kastasa – impressive 11/8 winner at The Curragh.

Kastasa landed the NAP from just ONE BET at The Curragh on Saturday when romping home in the Group 3 Loughbrown Stakes – winning by seven lengths. She continues to improve at a rapid rate but it was disappointing to see Capri run so poorly and it might be back to the drawing board with him as he is not looking anything like the Classic-winning horse he was.

The ground is now heavy for Sunday’s card at The Curragh where the feature race is the Beresford Stakes (Group 2). Innisfree should continue the domination of Aidan O’Brien in this race, he has taken out his two other runners, but is not really a bet for me at odds-on, given he was only a narrow winner at Galway last time out (should hold form with Shekhem) and encounters testing conditions for the first time here.

The Ger Lyons trained Camorra beat an O’Brien hotpot on debut at Killarney when it was soft so has a tick in the going box and can only improve.

Lyons may land the nursery handicap at 5.05pm with Marchons Ensemble who coped with give in the ground on debut and has been tried at a higher level since.

The blinkers didn’t seem to help last time so they are back off and he has come in for plenty of support on BETDAQ this morning.

SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Marchons Ensemble (5.05 Curragh)
