SATURDAY NAP LANDED: SHAMROCK landed a winning NAP from his only bet on Saturday, Saltonstall WON 5/6 at Limerick.

She wasn’t strongly fancied in the market on debut at Gowran but sauntered home to an eased down four and a half length success over Bound. That was a pretty smart effort and she fully deserves to take the step up in class.
With the Aidan O’Briwn yard in such fantastic form, the danger has to be Butterflies who was a creditable third to Sea Of Grace in the Group 3 Flame Of Tara Stakes over course and distance last time out.
The JT McNamara Ladbrokes Munster National Handicap Chase at Limerick looks as competitive as ever. On Fiddlers Green can reward win and place support. He justified favouritism to win a competitive handicap at Galway last time out and can remain competitive despite the resulting 8lb hike in the weights.
