A nice result yesterday with the nap Yulong Baobei making all the running to win the Excelebration Tipperary Stakes at 11/10.
There’re Irish cards at Fairyhouse (flat, good) and Sligo (jumps, yielding) this afternoon.
Top race of the day is the Group 3 Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse at 3.10.
The Dermot Weld trained unbeaten filly Raymonda will be all the rage here and looks to have a sound chance of following up her course and distance win last time out.
It was only a four runner race she won last time but she beat Cool Thunder quite easily and that filly ran fifth in the Irish 1000 Guineas.
Raymonda had previously shown a great attitude on debut at the Curragh when only having to be pushed out under hands and heels to win well.
She faces largely out of form rivals including Most Beautiful who failed to beat a single horse home in a Group 3 at the Curragh last time out.
