Today’s card meeting at Gowran Park has been called off following an inspection.
Yesterday, a statement from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board said: “The IHRB has announced the fixture scheduled for Gowran Park on Sunday, April 29, has been cancelled following a course inspection this evening.
“The track is unfit for racing due to waterlogging in certain areas.”
Irish racing is set to resume at Kilbeggan on Monday with a seven race card starting at 5pm.
