6/5 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK landed a winning NAP with Scarlet And Dove in the Flyingbolt Novice Chase at Naas yesterday – his only bet of the day.
No anxious moments for the nap yesterday with Scarlet And Dove running out an impressive seven length winner of the Grade 3 Flyingbolt Novice Chase at Navan. He looks sure to be upped in class now as he looks a nice prospect and hopefully Joseph O’Brien can iron out some minor jumping blemishes.
I’m sticking with the novice chasers on Sunday with Magnium in the 4.20 at Leopardstown.
The Tony Martin trained runner had plenty of class over hurdles notably finishing second to Aramon in the Grade 3 For Auction at Navan (2018) and although well beaten into fourth on chase debut at Galway was entitled to need that and this shouldn’t take much winning.
