TIPPERARY NAP: SHAMROCK heads to Tipperary for his Sunday nap running in the maiden at 4.50pm.
The three at the top of the market in the maiden at Tipperary at 4.50 are all starting to look a little exposed, especially the current market leader Yonkers.
A chance is taken with Yenillik who still appears to be on the upgrade and ran his best race yet over course and distance earlier in the month when third to Harpo Marx.
A reproduction of that form could be good enough to see off Yonkers who has twice been a beaten favourite and although finished third in a Curragh handicap last time out – was beaten nearly 14 lengths in the process.
Aidan O’Brien’s Kangaroo Valley is fitted with cheekpieces for the first time having finished fifth at Navan last time out and might not need to find much improvement to be competitive here.
