CLONMEL NAP: SHAMROCK looks ahead to the 2.30 at Clonmel on Thursday with a NAP in the race.
Fighting Fit looks the answer to this afternoon’s Tipperary Handicap Hurdle over a trip of two and a half miles.
The five-year-old shaped well at Fairyhouse last time out when third to Fight For Love. The gelding was reported to have broken a blood vessel that day and shouldn’t need to find much improvement from that effort to play a leading role here. The extra trip should suit.
Most of his rivals are out of form with the exception of Crack On Corrie who was a good second here last month but confidence is tempered by a less encouraging effort next time out at Naas.
