3/1 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK was back amongst the winners with a 3/1 WINNING NAP last night Ladysingstheblues in the Ladbrokes Get On The Grid Mares Maiden Hurdle at Punchestown.
Nice to get back on form with a winning 3/1 NAP last night when the best (and only) bet of the day Ladysingstheblues won well at Punchestown in the Ladbrokes Get On The Grid Mares Maiden Hurdle.
The 3/1 SP was better than I hoped for and she stayed on in great style to see off the favourite Arbor Des Champs by five and a half lengths.
A busy night ahead at Fairyhouse with their eight race card starting at 5.15pm.
Ger Lyons saddles two in the 6.15pm but preference is very much for Noivado who is comfortably rated the best in the race and should resume winning ways.
He returns to the six furlong trip for the first time since winning at Naas last September and has had no joy in three subsequent starts over longer trips. He has by no means been disgraced though and was beaten less than five lengths in a Listed race at Naas last time out.
This will be much easier and he should prove too strong for the filly Solar Halo who won a handicap in a blanket finish at the Curragh last time out.
