FAIRYHOUSE THURSDAY NAP: SHAMROCK’S NAP on Thursday runs in the closing 1m 5f handicap at Fairyhouse.
De Mazzaro looks to have a good chance of following up his recent course win in the closing handicap on today’s Fairyhouse card at 4.30pm.
Whilst he is up 4lb for the win, the extra trip should suit well and he can prove hard to beat.
Although it’s a big field numerically, I’m struggling to find too many with solid claims. Place Des Vosges is a career 0/12 however wasn’t beaten too far in fifth here last time.
But the biggest danger may come from the Anthony Mullins trained Millford Sound who finished in front of Place Des Vosges here last time and seemingly improved for the first time fitting of blinkers.
