The action moves onto Thurles on Thursday for their seven race card on the flat.
Peaceful will be hard to beat in the opener for Aidan O’Brien if she has made the improvement expected after staying on under hands and heels on debut at Leopardstown.
She got upset in the stalls that day and in the end was only beaten three and three quarter lengths, so if was a perfectly acceptable debut effort and hopefully she will have a happier time of things today.
She has a very similar profile to St Clerans who finished in seventh at Leopardstown having also had problems at the start. There’s less than 1/2 length between the pair on that form and the expectation must be that the O’Brien runner reverses the form on second start.
