WEDNESDAY WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK landed a winning nap on Wednesday with Pocketfullofdreams who made all the running to win at 9/10.
The ‘final chance’ afforded to Pocketfullofdreams proved worth it last night when the filly finally lost her maiden tag and in some style at Naas.
She made all the running to win by four and three-quarter lengths.
Irish racing comes courtesy of Tipperary on Thursday with an eight race card underway at 5.05pm.
The opener presents what should be an easy opportunity for Pious Alexander who has finished third in much better class maidens at both the Curragh and Cork.
Last time out she had no luck in running when hampered in a Listed contest at Cork.
She should surely prove too strong for the exposed Evies Wish who although third on her first start for a new trainer at Carlisle last time out was beaten 10 lengths.
