NAPS RUN ENDS WITH THREE IN A ROW: SHAMROCK’S winning run of naps (3/1, 11/8, 11/8) came to an end on Monday.
Hot On Her Heels proved anything but with a disappointing run at Tramore last night to bring the winning run of naps to an abrupt end.
Fri: DON COSSACK (NAP) WON 3/1
Sat: EDELPOUR (NAP) WON 11/8
Sun: ZAWRAQ (NAP) WON 11/8
There’s no racing in Ireland today – the next meetings are scheduled for Leopardstown and Limerick on Wednesday.
The final declarations have been made for the first day of Newmarket’s Craven meeting tomorrow and whilst there is no Irish representation in the Nell Gwyn Stakes, Aidan O’Brien is sending over The Warrior to contest the three-year-old sprint at 2.55.
He could well go off favourite too after an impressive success on the opening day of the season at the Curragh when winning a big field maiden.
