JOSEPH O’BRIEN NAP: SHAMROCK looks ahead to the closing bumper at Naas today with his nap on the Joseph O’Brien trained runner.
The best bet on the Naas card today could come in the final race – a mares bumper over two miles.
The Joseph O’Brien trained Good Scent has been beaten a neck in both her starts to date at Killarney and Galway with a particularly good run there, only finding Court Maid too good. She pulled nine lengths clear of the third placed favourite Miss Chevious Girl.
The Willie Mullins trained Pont Aval looks the danger after her debut third at Galway. She met trouble in running that day but still finished close up.
Miss Aloud, trained by Gordon Elliott, has had plenty of chances and ran out at Galway last time out. She might well be vulnerable to the two likely improvers mentioned above.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Good Scent (3.35 Naas)
