Princess Zoe landed the SHAMROCK NAP at 2/1 yesterday landing the Listed Oyster Stakes at Galway in grand style. A dual winner during Galway Festival week she handled the step up in class in style and was very much the star of the show yesterday.
They race at Punchestown and Cork on Wednesday with flat and jumps fans equally catered for.
Best bet for me comes at Cork in the fillies maiden at 4.30.
Solene Lilyette has the blinkers on for the first time but doesn’t look one to take a short price about – even in a modest contest like this.
Nawafeth was bitterly disappointing when sent off 8/15 favourite on debut at Limerick and will need to find plenty of improvement on her second start and for the longer trip.
Preference goes to Fictitious Lady whose form reads solid enough in the contest of this race – in particular her debut fourth to subsequent Listed winner Laburnum.
