BUNDESLIGA SATURDAY: Our new European football tipster The Ultra starts his account on Saturday by previewing two Bundesliga games DORTMUND v SCHALKE and EINTRACHT FRANKFURT V BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

2.30pm Football is back! After a long break, the Bundesliga finally returns on Saturday afternoon and I for one cannot wait to enjoy the action! The Revierderby takes place at 2-30pm as Dortmund host Schalke. It’s been two months since we seen either team, and of course you have to expect a few training difficulties too so perhaps we won’t see a very high-tempo game here. You have to also account for the game being played behind closed doors.
Dortmund are only four point behind Bayern Munich at the top of the Bundeslige table and have been having a very good season as their place in the table shows. If we take a closer look at xG (Expected Goals) this season, it shows that Schalke are hugely out-performing in the league table. They are currently 6th, but xG places them 15th and their away stats aren’t good at all. While it might be the first game back, Dortmund to win at 1.56 on the BETDAQ Exchange is a very confident bet for me. Schalke have conceded more goals away from home than they have scored this season, and Dortmund have netted 41 times in 12 home games. 1.56 is very close to banker material this weekend.

EINTRACHT FRANKFURT V BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH
5.30pm Frankfurt v Gladbach is the next game I’m interested in. We kick off at 5-30 at the Commerzbank Arena. Frankfurt have clearly struggled this season, however that was always likely to be the case after they sold their best players after an excellent run in the Europa League. Gladbach are the opposite, they are having a brilliant season and are currently in sixth position as the Bundesliga resumes. Gladbach have also performed above their expected level away from home this season.
I’m surprised over 2.5 goals is as big as 1.7 on the BETDAQ Exchange for this one. Both teams have an xG of over 3 on home & away form. Gladbach are actually outperforming their xG away from home in terms of goals scored and total match goals. A clear worry is the big break for the players and no atmosphere behind closed doors, so for those reasons I’m lowering my stake but over 2.5 goals looks a good bet at 1.7.
