FRIDAY IN EUROPE: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Friday’s Bundelisga and La Liga games between DORTMUND V HOFFENHEIM and VALENCIA V ALAVES both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

DORTMUND V HOFFENHEIM

7.30pm As is becoming tradition now, Friday night football comes from the Bundesliga and La Liga! We’re all set for an intriguing night on BETDAQ Betting Exchange, with a lot of questions to be answered. Many football fans were confident Dortmund would challenge Bayern Munich for the Bundesliga title this season and then Dortmund added fuel to the fire with five goals on the opening weekend – however their 2-1 loss to Freiburg last weekend brought home the fact they have a long way to go before they challenge Bayern. Although Bayern also dropped points from their first two games with a draw against Gladbach – it’s actually been a very interesting start to the Bundesliga this season with only Wolfsburg winning both of their opening games!

Hoffenheim will start their game second in the table after a 4-0 win over Augsburg and a 2-2 draw last weekend against Union Berlin. They were a little lucky to draw that game however, as xG had the game 1.81 to 1.00 to Union Berlin. I was happy to lay Hoffenheim at close to evens on Sunday, but it’s very tempting to have a small bet on them at 7.0 here. Dortmund are a good side, but they look very short here at 1.47. They didn’t create enough to feel unlucky to lose against Freiburg, and as we know they had a huge amount of issues last season. Their very strong finish probably papered over a lot of cracks – at one stage it looked very unlikely they would get Champions League football. The Dortmund lay is tempting, but for a small investment I’m going to take a punt on Hoffenheim.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Hoffenheim to beat Dortmund at 7.0 with BETDAQ Exchange.

VALENCIA V ALAVES

9.15pm We finish the night in La Liga with Valencia hosting Alaves. Valencia had to settle for a 1-1 draw against Granada last weekend, but you could easily make a case to say they deserved to win. These things always even out of the course of the season however as they were a little lucky to beat Getafe on the opening weekend. The early signs from Valencia are good however – their opening two performances show they are progressing. They had a huge amount of change before the start of last season, they managed to stay in La Liga and now they deserve to make a little bit of progress – they made some very brave decisions! Alaves have lost their opening two games, but they had to start their season against Real Madrid. They did put in a pretty average performance against Mallorca last weekend though.

Alaves were involved in a relegation battle last season, winning two of their last three games to stay up. It’s very early days, but it’s hard to see them not being involved in the relagtion battle again this season. Their xG of 1.07 against Mallorca will home advantage is a little worrying as they tend to give away plenty of chances. They scored less than a goal per game last season in La Liga and conceded 1.5. Valencia also conceded more than they created, but you can expect that given their finishing position and also the amount of changes they made. They have started the season well though and they will create more than Alaves here. That will be the difference between the sides in my view and Valencia are worth backing at 1.93.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Valencia to beat Alaves at 1.93 with BETDAQ Exchange.
