VALENCIA V LEVANTE

8pm Domestic football returns on Betdaq Betting Exchange with Friday Night Football from La Liga! It might not be the most glamorous start the weekend as Valencia host Levante, but we do have an interesting betting heat and it’s fantastic to have domestic football back! Although we had plenty of drama in the World Cup Qualifiers this past week – especially that Hungary v Republic of Ireland game! Three International Breaks so early in the season is far too much though, and now we have a clean run until March – it’s time for sides to really build momentum.

Valencia come into the game as the favourites at 2.2 with Levante 3.7 and the draw is 3.55 at the time of writing. For the time being, you could call this a massive clash in the relegation battle! Levante come into the game sitting in the relegation zone, Valencia are just outside it in 17th with a one point advantage. The relegation battle is very open in La Liga – there’s only five points between bottom of the table and 13th! Both sides have had their issues this season, and you can tell why they are involved in the relegation battle.

They’ve both been very average in attack – Valencia have an average xG created of 1.15 and Levante at 1.19 – both figures are in the bottom six attacking figures. They’ve both been poor at the back too; Levante have actually been woeful with an average xG conceded of 1.98 and Valencia aren’t too far off them at 1.61. Both figures are in the bottom five defensive figures. It’s clear to see that we have too average sides here; it’s actually a massive game for both because a win is a direct blow to a rival in the relegation battle. Valencia are a club that shouldn’t be in a relegation battle, but looking at the figures you can tell they will both be in a battle come the end of the season.

It’s not a surprise to see Valencia as the favourites with home advantage, but the 2.2 is a little short. They’ve been too poor in attack to take odds that short – even with Levante conceding so many chances! I know both sides are poor going forward, but they make so many mistakes at the back I feel we’ll see goals here. Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.99 and Both Teams To Score is 1.82. I couldn’t put anyone off either bet but I marginally prefer Both Teams To Score at 1.82.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Both Teams To Score at 1.82 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
