ENGLAND V LATVIA

7.45pm A new week begins on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE as the World Cup Qualifiers continue on Monday. With most of the top sides involved in the Nations Leagu Quarter-Finals, we have a less glamorous fixture list than normal for World Cup Qualifiers. England are the biggest side involved by quite a distance. Thomas Tuchel started his reign with a comfortable 2-0 win over Albania on Friday night, and now England will be fully expected to follow that up with a comfortable win over Latvia. The gulf in class between the sides here is massive.

The market is fully expecting an England win here – indeed they are the shortest price of the week! England are trading as short as 1.03 with Latvia 80.0 and the draw is 32.0 at the time of writing. Fair to say anything bar a big England win here would be a massive shock – quite possibly the biggest International shock we’ve had for a while! As I said on Friday as England played their opening game; in a Group with Serbia, Latvia, Andorra and Albania is very unlikely to test Thomas Tuchel and his England side. We’ll actually have to wait a while to see his tactics put under pressure.

With England trading so short in the match market, we’ll have to look around the side markets for some value. This game is all about how many goals can England score rather than will they actually win. Latvia opened their World Cup Qualifying campaign with a win over Andorra, but that hardly tells us much! Latvia played their Nations League in a C Group, and got relegated against North Macedonia, Armenia and Faroe Islands. They only managed one win in Euro 2024 qualifying, and that was against Armenia with home advantage.

England won’t have to get out of first gear to win here, but they do need to impress. We still had a lot of football fans saying they were quite boring on Friday – this is a fixture where they should be trying to score six or seven. This is the perfect opportunity for England to rack up some goals, and I like Any Other Home Win (England to score four or more goals and win) in the Correct Score market at 1.89. Latvia are there for the taking, and Tuchel and England must impressive here.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Any Other Home Win Correct Score at 1.89 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
