BARCELONA V OSASUNA

5.30pm The action from Europe continues on Betdaq Betting Exchange with the focus on La Liga on Saturday! Barcelona host Osasuna looking to build on their lead at the top of the table – they come into this weekend sitting four points clear of Real Madrid which is quite the turnaround from losing El Clasico. Obviously there has been a lot of drama going on with Real Madrid – rumours of the players unhappy haven’t exactly gone away with only one win in five La Liga games. Barcelona have all the momentum at the moment, and they have to keep notching up the wins.

This is a game that they will be fully expected to win too – home advantage against a limited Osasuna side. It’s no surprise to see Barcelona trading as the red-hot favourites here. The home win is trading as short as 1.21 with Osasuna 13.5 and the draw is 8.8 at the time of writing. Osasuna are your classic mid-table La Liga side, but they have been struggling this season. There’s no danger of them being relegated or anything like that even though they come into this weekend only four points off the bottom three. Their performance levels have been very poor, and I feel this one will be about how many goals can Barcelona score rather than will they actually win.

Obviously no prizes for tipping 1.21 shots, so we’ll have to look around the side markets for some value here – however, I’d happily include Barcelona in any weekend Acca! Osasuna have been leaking chances at the back this season and not creating much – their average xG created is only 1.22 which is the joint-sixth worst attacking figure in La Liga this season. They are also in the bottom six on defensive figures too, so there aren’t many positives for Osasuna!

Compare that to Barcelona – they have an average xG created of 2.21 which is miles over Osasuna. Barcelona have been even more impressive at the back though; they have the best defensive figure in La Liga this season with an average xG conceded of just 1.08. They are title winning figures, and it’s no surprise they are clear at the top of the table at the moment – although I’m sure there’s more drama to come in the title race! I can’t see past a comfortable win for Barcelona here, and it’s just about what way to play it. Barcelona are trading 1.58 to cover the 1.5 goal handicap, and that is a confident bet for me!

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Barcelona -1.5 goals to beat Osasuna at 1.58 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
