SATURDAY IN EUROPE: The Ultra previews BAYERN MUNICH v WOLFSBURG, JUVENTUS v AC MILAN and ATALANTA v NAPOLI all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
BAYERN MUNICH V WOLFSBURG
2.30pm We have a fantastic Saturday from Europe on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE! Bayern Munich are in action in the Bundesliga, and we have two huge clashes from Serie A later in the day too. There’s no doubt that Atalanta v Napoli is the highlight fixture from Europe this weekend, but we kick off Saturday with Bayern Munich host Wolfsburg. We had midweek Bundesliga to enjoy this week, and with wins from Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen we still have a four point gap at the top of the table. It would be a shock if Bayern were to drop points here with home advantage, and the market is very confident on a comfortable home win here. Bayern are trading 1.19 with Wolfsburg 18.0 and the draw is 9.0 at the time of writing. That 1.19 is one of the shortest prices around Europe this weekend; the only other game with similar prices in the elite leagues is Real Madrid at home to Las Palmas on Sunday. That fact that Bayern are trading so short against a side who come into the game sitting in seventh place, just outside the European spots, probably highlights the massive gulf in class between the top sides and the rest in Germany.
In fairness to the market, everything about Wolfsburg has been mid-table this season. Their attacking figure is mid-table, their defensive figure in mid-table and seventh is a mid-table spot even if it’s close to the European spots this season. I feel this game is about how many goals Bayern score rather than will they win, and obviously we’ll have to look at the side markets here. You’re not getting rich backing Bayern, but I’d have them in any Acca this weekend to be honest. Wolfsburg have been very sloppy at the back this season, they are conceding over their xG and close to two goals per game on average. The market is expecting goals with Over 2.5 goals trading 1.31 but Both Teams To Score is only a shade of odds on as it trades in the 1.9’s. I like Bayern to cover the handicap here; they are trading 1.51 -1.5 goals and that looks an excellent position to start the day. Bayern have been exceptional going forward this season, and Wolfsburg won’t be able to deal with their firepower.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Bayern Munich -1.5 goals to beat Wolfsburg at 1.51 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

JUVENTUS V AC MILAN
5pm Next we move to Serie A for the start of a huge evening! All eyes might be on Atalanta v Napoli in the title race but to begin with, Juventus host AC Milan in a huge game for both sides. There’s two things you could say that sound like both clubs are having an excellent time of things. Juventus are unbeaten this season, the only remaining side unbeaten in Serie A – sounds good, but they have been draw specialists. 13 of their 20 games have ended with a draw, and they are starting the weekend 13 points behind Napoli at the top of the table – not quite a position you think of when you hear a side are unbeaten! The positive thing to say about AC Milan is that they are Italian Super Cup Champions; beating Inter Milan in the Final, despite it being hosted in Saudi Arabia, would have been a massive buzz. The thing for AC Milan is that they are massively off the pace in Serie A this season – they come into this weekend sitting down in seventh place – they are five points off the top four. You’d have to say the season so far has been a little disappointing for both clubs despite the positives.
We have an interesting market here; Juventus are the favourites at 2.3 with AC Milan 3.8 and the draw is 3.25 at the time of writing. I have to say I wasn’t expecting Juventus to be trading as short as 2.3 when I clicked into the market. I felt we’d have a much more open betting heat. As I highlighted above, although they have been exceptionally difficult to beat they have failed to get over the line in a lot of games this season. AC Milan have the third best attacking figure in Serie A, and although you can easily say that they have failed to get over the line in a lot of games too, at least they are creating more than Juventus. I going to keep stakes small here because we have two sides that have been hard to trust this season, but I feel the best value play here is the Juventus lay at 2.3. I just expect a closer game than those odds suggest – I’d be surprised if we didn’t see a very close game here. I wouldn’t even rule out a 0-0, which is trading around 10.0 in the Correct Score market.
The Ultra Says:
One point lay (liability) Juventus to beat AC Milan at 2.3 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

ATALANTA V NAPOLI
7.45pm We finish Saturday with the highlight of the weekend in Europe. Atalanta host Napoli in a huge game that will have a big impact on the title race. As things stand, Napoli come into the weekend sitting top; they are three points ahead of Inter Milan and four ahead of Atalanta. You could call this a must win game for Atalanta given they have home advantage and they need to close the gap – Inter Milan have a game in hand too. Obviously Inter Milan fans will be cheering for a draw here! We have a reasonably open betting heat, it’s not a surprise to see Atalanta come into the game as the favourites given they have home advantage. Atalanta are trading 2.48 with Napoli 3.35 and the draw is 3.3 at the time of writing. I have to say things have been fascinating in Serie A this season – we all watched Napoli finish in mid-table last season with the best attacking figure. They just weren’t taking their chances at all. It’s been the opposite this season; they have a mid-table average xG figure but they’ve been over-performing up front and at the back this season. It’s hard to begrudge them that considering their bad luck last season.
Atalanta have been playing some excellent football – they have the best attacking figure in Serie A. They were leading the way, but after winning eleven games in a row they have lost ground since Christmas with three draws against Lazio, Udinese and Juventus. We should have a pretty tight game here – both sides are in the top six defensive figures in Serie A, and they’ve both been rock solid. Napoli have conceded the fewest goals in Serie A this season too. When I look at this game it’s hard to see anything bar a very close game – the draw is a nice option at 3.3 in the match odds market. Another nice option in my opinion is Under 2.5 goals at 1.81. Both Teams Not To Score is 2.07, and if you fancy a really tight game then 0-0 is trading between 10.0 and 11.0 in the Correct Score market. Given how solid both sides have been at the back, and I can’t see either side wanting a massively open game here earlier, I am looking at this game as a low scoring one. There are plenty of good options, and I couldn’t put anyone off the draw, but I feel Under 2.5 goals stands out as the best value bet at 1.81.
The Ultra Says:
Two points win Under 2.5 goals at 1.81 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
