BUNDESLIGA/LA LIGA SATURDAY: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Saturday’s top matches from the Bundesliga and La Liga with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

HOFFENHEIM V DORTMUND
2.30pm We have an excellent Saturday in Europe with all the top teams in action! We can also enjoy 0% commission on all sports on BETDAQ today, so let’s hope we can find a few winners! We start the day with Hoffenheim hosting Dortmund in the Bundesliga. Hoffenheim suffered their first loss of the season prior to the International break against Eintracht Frankfurt which would have been disappointing considering they were favourites and had just beaten Bayern Munich 4-1! We actually finished the 2019/2020 season with these two facing each other, with Hoffenheim blowing Dortmund away winning 4-0 awat from home.
I must say I’m surprised to see Dortmund so short at 1.84 here. Clearly they deserve to be big favourites, but I think 1.84 is a little on the short side. I would have them closer to 2.0. They suffered a shock defeat when losing 2-0 to Augsburg recently, and their xG numbers have hinted that they are an over-rated side. They certainly score more goals than they should looking at their xG. I think Hoffenheim have a real chance of getting a result here, and I’m happy to start a very busy day on with a small lay.

ARMINIA BIELEFELD V BAYERN MUNICH
5.30pm Bundesliga new boys get their chance to face the Champions Bayern Munich on Saturday afternoon and the markets are expecting an easy win! Bayern Munich are actually the shortest price of any side in the Bundesliga, La Liga and Premier League on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE this weekend! They are trading 1.22 at the time of writing, although in fairness Real Madrid aren’t far away at 1.24! They have home advantage though.
It’s fair to say that this should be a straightforward win for Bayern, but we have seen signs this season that they might not wrap up the title so easily this season. They needed a late goal to beat Hertha Berlin prior to the International break; although they absolutely bossed the game. While they lost to Hoffenheim the week before that! They weren’t a million miles away from their price today that day either, but it came quickly after extra time was needed in the Super Cup. I can only see goals from Bayern here, and I’m happy to back Any Other Away Win in the Correct Score market at around 2.5.

REAL MADRID V CADIZ
5.30pm The Spanish Champions are also in action at 5-30pm on Saturday, and they are also a very short price! I have to say, I haven’t got used to seeing Real play at Alfredo Di Stefano Stadium yet! However it’s an ideal time to move to a 6,000 seater stadium while playing behind closed doors. I believe it also speeds up the improvements being made to the Bernabeu which is expected to have a retractable roof like Cardiff.
Cadiz have done OK since coming up to La Liga, with their main aim being staying in the division. Based on what we’ve seen from them in the early stages of the season, I would suggest that they will be able to reach that goal. Real Madrid have built their recent success on being rock solid at the back. They’ve only conceded two goals in four games, and they came in the same fixture. I like Both Teams Not To Score here at 1.68 as I can see Real keep Cadiz out as they dominate possession.

MONCHENGLADBACH V WOLFSBURG
7.30pm We finish the day in the Bundesliga with Gladbach hosting Wolfsburg in what should be a good game. I fancy Gladbach here at 1.9, as Wolfsburg have started the season under par. Their last two performances against Augsburg and SC Freiburg were very poor and they didn’t create much. On the other hand, Gladbach have started the season well. They were unlucky to only draw with Union Berlin after losing to Dortmund in their opening fixture. Their xG figures have been much better than Wolfsburg.
Wolfsburg have been tough to beat, even though they have created little going forward. They have been playing cagey games, and we might have a reasonably quiet game here. For that reason I’m going to keep stakes low. However, I expect Gladbach to grind this one out, they will create more than Wolfsburg – they just have to take their chances.

GETAFE V BARCELONA
8pm We end a Superb Saturday of football with Getafe hosting Barcelona. There’s no doubt that Barcelona will be very popular at 1.81 here, especially with 0% commission. Barcelona were held to a 1-1 draw against Sevilla prior to the International break; however Sevilla have started the season nicely – and although they didn’t win the UEFA Super Cup; they pushed Bayern Munich to extra time in a good performance. Getafe were very lucky to score three goals against Real Betis, and while they have grinded out results with a draw at Alaves and a win over Osasuna; their under-lining numbers are pretty poor.
Barcelona have had to go through a lot of drama during the summer, but in fairness to them they have performed on the pitch. They’ve blown away Celta Vigo and Villarreal and they can do the same to Getafe here. Getafe aren’t creating enough chances to score, and with Barcelona always excellent going forward – Barcelona will out score this Getafe team to win the game. They are very much worth backing at 1.81.
