LA LIGA and SERIE A SUNDAY PREVIEW: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Sunday’s matches between GRANADA v REAL MADRID, INTER MILAN v NAPOLI and REAL SOCIEDAD v VALENCIA all with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
GRANADA V REAL MADRID
3.15pm We have a fantastic Sunday in Europe on BETDAQ Betting Exchange. We have some interesting fixtures in all the big leagues, but I’m happy to focus on La Liga and Serie A today. We start the day in La Liga with Granada hosting Real Madrid. Although they haven’t been at their best this season, Real Madrid will be delighted with their position in the table. They start the day one point behind Real Sociedad who started weekend top of the table and play later tonight, and they also have a game in hand. They also started the weekend level on points with Sevilla and most importantly four points ahead of Atletico Madrid. For a side who have yet to really and truly fire like they can, they will be delighted with the situation. This is an excellent chance to claim another three points too as Granada are having a terrible season. After finishing 7th and 9th in the last two seasons, and getting some Europa League football too, they find themselves in a relegation fight at the moment.
I say at the moment because surely they are too good to go down. However, when you look at the bottom of La Liga, it’s always so competitive – it’s a fierce battle to stay up. Granada have tried to keep their games tight recently, and they have had some success too. They managed a shock 1-0 win here over Sevilla, which at the time as actually their first win of the season, but anyone who watched the game will know they were exceptionally lucky to win. xG finished 1.84 to 0.07 to Sevilla! Although Granada are trying to fix their issues at the back, they are still giving away too many chances and you just can’t play like they have done against a side like Real Madrid. They will try put XI men behind the ball here and get a draw, but the 1.52 is too big on Real given the chances Granada are conceding. This should be one way traffic, and I’d have Real closer to 1.42.
The Ultra Says:
Four points win Real Madrid to beat Granada at 1.52 with BETDAQ Exchange.

INTER MILAN V NAPOLI
5pm Next we move over to Serie A for a massive game as Inter Milan host Napoli. I know we are all used to the TV dramatizing these games, but this really is a must win game for Inter Milan. They are going to kick off seven points behind Napoli at the top of the table. Napoli have yet to lose a game this season, and really and truly Inter can’t let that gap get to ten points. I’m sure if they were offered a draw before kick off then Napoli would take it, but where’s the fun in that – this is going to be a cracking game. Serie A has been blown wide open this season after Ronaldo left Juventus and Lukaku left Inter. Neither side has been at their best, particularly Juventus who have slipped down to nearly being a mid-table side. It’s definitely left the door open for someone like Napoli to come and win the title, but let’s not forget how far behind Inter were last season around Christmas, and then how far they actually won the title by. It will be harder to produce that without Lukaku banging in goals though.
Inter have had a tough run of games leading up to the International Break. They have had to play Juventus and AC Milan, who started the weekend level on points with Napoli, and they had to settle for a 1-1 draw twice. They were unlucky not to beat AC Milan however, as they created an xG of 2.55 in a game they bossed for a large amount of time. There’s no doubt we will have some big opinions on the match odds here, and while I feel Inter are a little short at 2.32, I feel the value is in the goals market here. When you looking Napoli’s games you can see that they like to play an open game – they tend to concede close to a goal a game – they do create close to double that though. I feel there’s a lot of goals in this game, and over 2.5 goals looks the value play at 1.82.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Over 2.5 goals at 1.82 with BETDAQ Exchange.

REAL SOCIEDAD V VALENCIA
8pm We move back over to La Liga to finish an excellent day of action as Real Sociedad host Valencia. Real Sociedad started the weekend sitting top of the table and although they are certainly looking over their shoulders, indeed they might be looking up come kick off, at Real Madrid, they will be happy with their start to the season. Given how badly Barcelona have fallen this season since Messi left, there is a chance that Real Sociedad can hang on for a top four finish. However, let’s not forget that they had a very fast start to last season too and dramatically fell off the pace – there’s definitely more opportunity to hang on this season though – it will be interesting to see can they do it. Champions League football would be a huge boost for the club too, and you have to say that Atletico Madrid haven’t been at their best this season either. Who knows what Sociedad can achieve.
Sociedad went into the International Break playing good football. They had to settle for a few draws in their last six games, but they would have been delighted with a 2-2 draw away from home to Atletico Madrid. They also played much better than their recent result in the Europa League, finishing the game with an xG of 4.45 but having to settle for a 1-1 draw! They easily beat Osasuna in their last game, and you have to say this is a great chance to claim another three points. Valencia have definitely improved this season compared to last, but they are still a work in progress and you’d have to label them an average side at the moment. They have been conceding a lot of chances lately, and given that Sociedad are in good form in front of goal, I feel this will be an easy home win. The 1.71 is worth backing on Sociedad.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Real Sociedad to beat Valencia at 1.71 with BETDAQ Exchange.
