INTER MILAN V UDINESE

7.45pm It’s another cracking Sunday from Europe on Betdaq Betting Exchange! We have Inter Milan in action in Serie A followed by Barcelona over in La Liga to finish the evening. We kick things off with Inter Milan hosting Udinese, and as you would expect Inter Milan come into this game as the hot favourites. The home win is trading 1.34 with Udinese 11.0 and the draw is 5.8 at the time of writing. Inter couldn’t have started the season any better with a 5-0 hammering of Torino on the opening weekend, while Udinese drew 1-1 with Verona. Udinese were one of many sides involved in the relegation battle in 2023/24, but they were comfortable in mid-table last season. There’s still a huge gulf in class between the sides here though, and it’s hard to see past a comfortable win for Inter here. Obviously with Inter trading 1.34 we’ll have to look around the side markets for some value here. Udinese have a terrible record here too, so I feel this one is about how many goals can Inter score rather than will they win.

Over 2.5 goals is trading 1.69 and Both Teams To Score is odds against at 2.1. I have to say, the Both Teams To Score option doesn’t make much appeal to me here – Udinese struggled to create good quality chances last season and they also converted less than their xG figure. Inter were also exceptionally solid at the back – their average xG conceded last season in Serie A was only 1.07. I would be more tempted by Both Teams Not To Score at 1.85, which is effectively an Inter clean sheet bet. Obviously with the Over 2.5 goals bet, the market is expecting Inter to do most of the work there. The bet I like is Inter to cover the handicap – Udinese are there for the taking in my opinion and Inter couldn’t have started the season any better. Inter are trading 1.98 to cover a 1.5 goal handicap which looks a cracking value in my opinion, and that’s a confident bet to start the evening.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Inter Milan -1.5 goals to beat Udinese at 1.98 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

RAYO VALLECANO V BARCELONA

8.30pm We move over to La Liga to finish the action on Sunday as Rayo Vallecano host Barcelona. It’s been a case of business as usual for Barcelona this season with two wins from two games, however there went through a lot of drama to win against Levante last weekend. They went 2-0 down, and then finally scored the winner in the 91st minute through an own goal! They absolutely dominated the game; had 82% possession and an xG of 3.0 compared to conceding under 1.0 but they still came very close to dropping points. I know I have already said this but it’s remarkable we’re talking about must win games at this stage of the season but there’s some games that the sides going for the title just can’t afford to drop points in. You could easily class Levante in that bracket for Barcelona in fairness. This should be a tougher test – Rayo Vallecano gave very little away last season. They actually finished with the fifth highest attacking figure and their average xG conceded of 1.28 is a very respectable figure. They fully deserved to get into that final European position in La Liga which was a marvellous result for them.

Despite the very respectable performance level from Rayo Vallecano last season, they do face the reigning Champions here and it’s no surprise to see Barcelona come into the game as the odds on favourites. Barcelona are trading 1.43 with Rayo Vallecano 7.4 and the draw is 5.8 at the time of writing. I know Barcelona have been playing some excellent football at the start of the season, but the 1.43 does feel a little short here in my opinion. It’s hard to make the case that Barcelona should be massively shorter and the 1.43 is cracking value. Rayo Vallecano have started with a win and a loss; the loss coming away to Athletic Bilbao who have been excellent in recent seasons. Rayo Vallecano have focused on keeping games as tight as possible, and while it’s the opposite for Barcelona, I do feel that Rayo Vallecano will keep the score line respectable here. Under 3.5 goals is trading 1.8 and that looks worth a small investment.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Under 3.5 goals at 1.8 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
