LAZIO V AC MILAN

8pm The midweek action from Europe continues on Betdaq Betting Exchange, and the focus turns to the Last 16 in the Coppa Italia on Thursday night. We have had some huge games in La Liga this week, but we finish the Last 16 in the Coppa Italia with a cracker too as Lazio host AC Milan. It’s funny how the fixture list always throws up situations like this every season, but the sides met at the weekend in Serie A, so it’s a quick re-match here! That time though AC Milan had home advantage, and they grinded out a 1-0 win to go top of Serie A with Roma losing against Napoli at the weekend.

Lazio are having a very lacklustre season; they missed out on a European spot last season and it would be a surprise if they managed a European spot this season. They currently sit in mid-table, and they only have an average xG created of 1.26 this season. That’s a very average attacking figure; the low end of mid-table and they are also conceding more than they are creating. Things could be even worse for Lazio too; they have an average xG conceded of 1.45 but sides have only taken around half of those chances to date.

We landed a Five Star NAP on AC Milan to beat Lazio at the weekend, and to be honest I didn’t see anything that would make me not want to back them again here. Obviously this time around Lazio have home advantage though. However, AC Milan still come into the game as the favourites at 2.3 with Lazio 3.55 and the draw is 3.35 at the time of writing. Although AC Milan currently top Serie A; I don’t see them making any major changes here despite a hectic fixture list.

The only negative with AC Milan this season is that they are in a very similar situation at the back compared to Lazio. They have been getting away with things too; sides have roughly been taking half of their chances. That being said, AC Milan still have a better defensive figure compared to Lazio, and they also have a much better attacking figure. They also have the confidence of a side who are getting a tonne of results this season and they haven’t been beaten since the opening day of the season. I’m not going to have a Five Star NAP like the weekend, but the 2.3 is still worth a confident bet in my opinion.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win AC Milan to beat Lazio at 2.3 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
