RENNES V CHELSEA
5.55pm The Champions League returns on Tuesday night after the International break and we have the reverse fixtures prior to heading into the International break! Chelsea completely dominated Rennes at Stamford Bridge with a very smooth 3-0 and it’s difficult to see how Rennes can turn it around. Chelsea have been excellent this season, and they haven’t been in the best of form in the French league this season either.
Chelsea looked levels above Rennes a couple of weeks ago, and they look excellent value at 1.62 here. We have landed a few good value bets on Chelsea in the Champions League this season and this can continue tonight. Their xG was 3.14 to 0.60 against Rennes and if you look at the xG figures from Rennes they don’t create much. They are creating a goal on average per game, but a lot of games end up under 1. Compare this to Chelsea who are creating chances for fun and have scored 16 goals in their last five games in all competitions. At 1.62, Frank Lampard’s men look banker material on BETDAQ Betting Exchange tonight.
The Ultra Says:
Four points win Chelsea to beat Rennes at 1.62 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange

MANCHESTER UNITED V ISTANBUL BASAKSEHIR
8pm Another nervous night ahead for Manchester United fans? Istanbul Basaksehir inflicted an embarrassing 2-1 defeat on Manchester United before the International break and they will surely fancy their chances of getting a result. United once again needed a penalty to win at the weekend in a 1-0 win here over the poor West Brom. Their xG figures read a little better than the final score, creating an xG of 2.57 to 0.69 but they must win tonight. They were in such a strong position in the Group after beating PSG and RB Leipzig, only to throw it away against the Group “whipping boys” Istanbul!
Even allowing for the levels these sides play at and how far ahead United are, it would still take a brave punter to lump on United at their current 1.28. Although their xG was better than the result at the weekend against West Brom, we still had a pretty boring affair and we’ve yet to see a real game full of fireworks at Old Trafford this season bar the late goals against RB Leipzig. I can see United winning in the end, but it might not be pretty and under 2.5 goals looks the best option to me at 2.64. That’s worth a small investment at the odds.
The Ultra Says:
One point win Under 2.5 goals at 2.64 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange
