CHAMPIONS LEAGUE PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Tuesday’s games between DORTMUND v SEVILLA and JUVENTUS v PORTO with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

DORTMUND V SEVILLA

8pm It’s crunch time in the Champions League as we start the second legs of the Last 16 Round this week. We have a fantastic night to kick off the action too as there is only one goal between Dortmund and Sevilla and also Juventus and Porto. I have to say I was surprised to see Dortmund beat Sevilla 3-2 in the first leg. Sevilla were in good form going into that game and Dortmund have been well off the pace in the Bundesliga this season. Sevilla took the lead but Dortmund had an excellent first half, and Sevilla would reasonably happy to pull it back to 3-2 afterwards. It will be very interesting to see how Sevilla approach this game being behind because they don’t usually attack from the start. There could be a huge amount of market movement early in-running on BETDAQ Betting Exchange.

Looking at the prices, I feel Dortmund are much too short at 2.3. I fully expect Sevilla to make those odds look short in-play; however it must be noted that they do come here after losing their last three games. Two of those came against Barcelona which can be forgiven but it was surprise to see them losing to Elche at the weekend. Dortmund also lost at the weekend, conceding four goals in a one sided game against Bayern Munich. Perhaps this is a good time to play Sevilla, but I still can’t get past the fact that 2.3 is too short on Dortmund. I’m happy to limit my stakes given the situation, but Dortmund are only 6th in the Bundesliga and have conceded goals for fun this season – I can’t have them at 2.3 against a solid side like Sevilla.

Two points lay (liability) Dortmund to beat Sevilla at 2.3 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange

JUVENTUS V PORTO

8pm Another fascinating situation here as Juventus start the game 2-1 down after Porto won the first leg. I remember saying in my preview of that game that many football fans would assume this will be one way traffic but Porto will make it tough for Juve – however, I didn’t expect them to win that night. I’m sure they will come here to defend and put XI men behind the ball. It should be a fascinating game of chess! Juventus would love an early goal to throw Porto off their plans, and they do come into the game in good form. They had a nice 3-1 win at the weekend against Lazio, and they managed to start Ronaldo on the bench too so they should be firing on all cylinders tonight. Porto are a very good side, but it must be noted they are a weak domestic league and they are ten points off the pace in Portugal behind Sporting.

Juventus didn’t create much in the first leg and they didn’t deserve to get anything from the game. I feel it will be a different story back in Italy now, but the market agrees as Juve as trading 1.48. I don’t see any value in that price, but it is a nice bet to include in your BETDAQ Multiples as I feel they will get the job done. The bet I like is under 2.5 goals at 2.05. Looking at the xG figures from Porto, they don’t create that much and they will come here to defend their lead. I fully take on board the fact that if there’s an early goal we could see a very open game as the sides have to chase the game. But I expect a reasonably quiet start – Juventus don’t have to chase the game from the start and they won’t want to concede a goal and make their task even more difficult. I can see the action coming in the second half, and Juve winning 1-0 or 2-0. I’d have under 2.5 goals just a little shorter in what should be a tight game.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Under 2.5 goals at 2.05 with BETDAQ Betting Exchange
