COPPA ITALIA/LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Tuesday’s games between JUVENTUS v INTER MILAN and REAL MADRID v GETAFE with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
JUVENTUS V INTER MILAN
7.45pm What a night in Europe! We have two cracking fixtures to get our teeth into on BETDAQ Betting Exchange and we start with Juventus hosting Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia. It’s crunch time tonight and while the English sides might be resting players over in the FA Cup; there’ll be no such thing here! Juventus take a 2-1 lead into this tie from the first leg and The Old Lady will be happy with a draw. Clearly that makes things very interesting, or difficult depending on how you look at it, from a betting point of view. Juve had a good win at the weekend against Roma to move into third but they are still five points behind Inter and seven points behind AC Milan although they have a game in hand.
These two also met recently in Serie A, with Inter Milan coming out 2-0 winners that day in a very solid performance. The xG finished 1.56 to 0.47 to Inter so the result was very fair. The mindset of Juve could be difficult here given they are through with a draw, and we could see a cagey start from them. There clearly isn’t much between the sides looking at their games this season, and I can’t see past the 2.72 lay on Juventus here. Inter have been very impressive this season and they have created more chances in general than Juve. A draw is OK for Juve too; so if we’re level with 15 minutes to go I can’t see them pushing forward either.

REAL MADRID V GETAFE
8pm We finish the evening in La Liga with Real Madrid hosting Getafe. Real managed to get back to winning ways at the weekend with a 2-1 win over Huesca, but that doesn’t tell the full story as they dominated the game with an xG of 3.26. In my opinion, the league title is already gone given how far clear Atletico are – however Real have to keep winning and put as much pressure as possible on them. They have been poor this season, there’s no getting away from that fact, but they do meet Getafe at a good time here and I feel there’s some nice value in backing them at 1.59 tonight.
Getafe are a classic mid table La Liga side who are too good to go down but not good enough to trouble the bigger sides. Sevilla brushed them aside at the weekend with a 3-0 win and they were very poor in a 0-0 drw against Alaves prior to that. In their last two games; the xG figures have been 0.23 and 0.34. They generally don’t create a lot, and tend to focus on grinding out wins. I fully take on board Real have been hard to trust this season and they have let a lot of odds on backers down, but I feel they are worth backing at 1.59 here against a very average Getafe side. This should be one way traffic.
