LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Wednesday’s La Liga games between REAL MADRID v GRANADA and REAL BETIS v CADIZ both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
REAL MADRID V GRANADA
6.45pm It’s the last La Liga action before Christmas and we have an excellent night ahead. This might seem like a simple task for Real Madrid on paper but it’s a big game for them. They have finally got some momentum this season with five wins in a row in all competitions. They’ve managed to beat Atletico Madrid in that run too and jumped up the table. Their chances have regaining their crown have vastly improved, but they can’t afford to slip up given the games in hand Atletico have. Granada face a tough night as Real have only conceded twice in those five games, but they will be hopeful of a result given the way Real started the season.
Real look fairly priced at around the 1.36 mark – they should get the job done. They are one for BETDAQ Multiples, rather than singles. The bet I like here is over 2.5 goals at 1.59. Real have found their scoring boots in recent games and they have been creating a lot of chances. I feel Granada can score at some point too – their xG figures show they are creating enough to score and Real have been conceding a lot of goals this season. I think the overs looks the best value angle into this fixture.

REAL BETIS V CADIZ
9pm We finish the day with Real Betis hosting Cadiz in an interesting game from a betting point of view. Real Betis are odds on as I type on BETDAQ Betting Exchange and I think there’s value in laying them. Cadiz have adjusted to life in La Liga very well, and actually sit above Real Betis in the table. They are only two points ahead of them, but they have been performing marginally better than Betis in my opinion. Betis are probably higher in the table than they deserve to be based on their performances.
The one thing you can say about Cadiz from a negative point of view is that they don’t create many chances. Perhaps given the chances Real Betis concede that can change tonight, and on balance while you always have worries when two poor teams meet I’m happy to take on Betis at 1.95. Cadiz generally keep things tight and if they can do that here, Betis will give them chances. Under 2.5 goals will appeal to many and that is definitely at option at around 1.7; however it’s the Betis lay for me at the odds.
