PSG V REAL MADRID

8pm We have a blockbuster second Semi-Final at the FIFA Club World Cup on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE ! Two of Europe’s biggest clubs clash on Wednesday night as PSG meet Real Madrid. No doubt FIFA would have dearly loved this as the Final, but after the draw from the Group stages this was the clear glamour Semi-Final. FIFA have been under a lot of pressure at this tournament; we’ve had a lot of scenes of empty seats and people complaining about ticket prices. They will need a full house for this fixture anyway, especially for the European football fans watching on TV. As European ties no, is there a bigger fixture than this at the moment?

Not only are PSG the current Champions of Europe facing the club that everyone wants to play for, you also have the Mbappe facing his old club angle too. Ironic that when PSG got rid of their three big stars up front, they finally won the Champions League! If ever there was an example of the benefit of playing as a team, PSG are it. Much has been discussed about how seriously clubs have been taking (or at least were going to, at the start) this tournament – there’s no doubt at this stage now things are getting very serious. However, we knew Real Madrid were taking it seriously when they paid Liverpool to get Trent earlier. Obviously there is a lot of prize money on offer, which always helps in the world of financial fair play rules!

We have an open betting heat – PSG come into the game as the favourites at 2.48 with Real Madrid 2.98 and the draw is 3.75 at the time of writing. Obviously there has been a huge gulf in class in some games at this tournament, so as I said in my preview of Tuesday’s Semi-Final, perhaps it’s not the best idea to go on overall stats – however it’s clear Real Madrid aren’t playing their best football. They are conceding an average xG of 1.54 at the moment which is very high – they conceded an exceptionally high xG against Pachuca at the Group stage, and in general they have been very loose at the back which has been surprising under Xabi Alonso.

It’s been hard to fault PSG though. They have an average xG of very close to 2.0 and they are conceding an average of 1.0. They hammered Inter Miami 4-0 at the Last 16 and then saw off Bayern Munich despite all the drama in the Quarter-Finals, finishing the game with nine men! They were ultra impressive against Atletico Madrid in their opening Group game too. Obviously they had a shock against Botafogo but they absolutely dominated that game – just couldn’t put the ball into the net! PSG are playing some superb football at the moment and Real Madrid are leaking chances. I know we have an open betting heat – we have two top class teams after all – however I do feel the 2.48 on PSG looks cracking value. They are a confident bet to beat a Real Madrid side there for the taking in my opinion.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win PSG to beat Real Madrid at 2.48 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
