WEEK AHEAD: This week in the sporting world starts off with Championship football and finishes with the biggest game in the NFL calendar, the Super Bowl. Find out about all the best from the sporting world below.

Monday kicks off the week with some Championship drama in the form of Blackburn versus bottom of the table Wigan Athletic. Can Wigan fight off relegation? Well, that’s yet to be seen, but you can get the action live on Sky Sports from 20:00.

Tuesday also brings a quench to your football thirst, with a fourth round FA Cup replay, as Sheffield United face Wrexham following their 3-3 draw last week. The game kicks off at 19:45 and you can tune in on ITV.

Wednesday provides further FA Cup action as Sunderland take on Fulham at the Stadium of Light. This fixture wraps up the fourth round replays and can be watched live on the BBC from 19:45.

Thursday is packed with sporting entertainment and is kicked into gear with day one of the Singapore Classic from 05:30 on Sky Sports. Day one of the World Darts Championship also springs into action from 13:00 on BT Sport, followed by day one of the Waste Management Phoenix Open from 15:00 on Sky Sports. To wrap up the day, the Darts Premier League heads to Cardiff and you can tune in from 19:00 on Sky Sports to catch the eight best players in the world battling it out for the £10,000 prize for the night’s winner.

Friday The working week draws to a close starting with day two of the Singapore Classic from 05:30 on Sky Sports. The World Darts Championship is back from 13:00 on BT Sport, and you can also catch day two of the Phoenix Open from 15:00 on Sky Sports. Get your rugby fix with some Premiership action as London Irish clash with Northampton Saints at 19:45 on BT Sport, and you can close out Friday with some footballing action as Birmingham take on West Brom in the Championship from 20:00 on Sky Sports.

Saturday brings plenty of drama, again kicking off with the Singapore Classic from 05:00 on Sky Sports, followed by Manchester City versus Arsenal in the WSL from 12:30 on Sky Sports. Also at 12:30, West Ham welcome Chelsea for what will be a tantalising game of football on BT Sport. Next up we head back into the world of darts for the World Darts Championship from 13:00, also on BT Sport. West Indies Women face the England Women in the T20 World Cup from 13:00 on Sky Sports and then the weekends Six Nations fixtures kick off with Ireland v France at 14:15 (ITV), before Scotland meet Wales in an almighty clash at 16:45 (BBC). The day is wrapped up with Bournemouth against Newcastle from 17:30, also on Sky Sports.

Sunday starts with day four of the Singapore Classic from 05:00 on Sky Sports, with more WSL action coming your way in a huge game between Tottenham and Manchester United at midday. You can catch the finals of the World Darts Championship from 13:00 on BT Sport before Leeds United face off against Manchester United from 14:00 on Sky Sports, with Manchester City welcoming Aston Villa for a big game in the Premier League at 16:30 on Sky Sports. England then face Italy in the Six Nations at 15:00 (ITV) and if all of that sporting action wasn’t enough, the week is closed off with day four of the Phoenix Open from 16:30 (Sky Sports). Last but not least, the Super Bowl is finally here and is live from 23:30 (Sky Sports) as the Kansas City Chiefs hope to beat their odds against an in-form Philadelphia Eagles to wrap up the NFL season, don’t forget to catch Rihanna at the halftime show too!
