Monday The start of the week means the start of the most prestigious tournament in all of tennis, as day one of Wimbledon gets underway from 11:00 on BBC. The third stage of the Tour de France also gets underway as the riders make their way from Amorebieta-Etxano to Bayonne from 11:30 on ITV.

Tuesday sees a continuation of the Cricket World Cup qualifiers as Zimbabwe take on Scotland from 07:30 on Sky Sports. It’s on to stage four in the Tour de France as the riders make the 181km ride to Nogaro, live on ITV from 11:30. As the players settle on to the grass-courts of south-west London, the action from Wimbledon is live on BBC from 11:00.

The Women’s Ashes returns on Wednesday for the second of three T20 matches, starting at 18:00 on Sky Sports. There’s no rest for the riders in the Tour de France as stage five gets underway from 11:30 on Sky Sports. Wimbledon is in full flow on Wednesday as the players take to the courts for day three from 11:00 on BBC.

It’s another big day in The Ashes on Thursday as the third test begins with the players taking to Headingley for day one from 11:00 on Sky Sports. There’s also T20 cricket action with the Vitality Blast Quarter-Final on Sky Sports from 19:00. It’s the fourth day at Wimbledon on BBC with the action live from 11:00. The Tour de France heads into a gruelling sixth stage from 11:30 on ITV. As always Thursday means the first day of the week’s golfing action on Sky Sports with the Made in HimmerLand tournament and the John Deere Classic first rounds live from 12:00 and 17:00 respectively.

Friday is the last chance for the golfers to make the cut as the second rounds of the Made in HimmerLand and the John Deere Classic get underway at 12:00 and 17:00 on Sky Sports. It’s day two at Headingley as England and Australia lock horns from 11:00 on Sky Sports. The other cricketing action comes from the second of the Vitality Blast Quarter-Finals on Sky Sports from 19:00. It’s the seventh day of the Tour de France as the riders are fully settled into the French stages as they begin stage seven from 11:30 on ITV. The fifth day of the week is also the fifth day of Wimbledon as the third round commences on BBC from 11:00.

Saturday It’s an 11:00 start to the weekend day six of Wimbledon on BBC and day three of the third Ashes test live on Sky Sports. The Tour de France riders will be over a third of the way through their race on Saturday as stage eight of 21 gets underway from 11:30 on ITV. With cuts made in the golf it’s on to the third rounds on Sky Sports with the Made in HimmerLand tournament and the John Deere Classic, both at the usual start times of 12:00 and 17:00. The final T20 in the Women’s Ashes will give us the outlook on the series ahead of the remaining ODI’s and that gets underway from 18:00 on Sky Sports.

The standout event on Sunday sees the drivers heading to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix from 14:00 on Sky Sports. Wimbledon hits the one-week mark as the action from day seven is live on BBC from 11:00. It’s crunch time in the third test in The Ashes as England and Australia return to Headingley for day four from 11:00 on Sky Sports. The Tour de France draws nearer to the halfway point as stage nine commences on ITV from 11:30. The early golf action comes from the Made in HimmerLand Open on Sky Sports from 12:00, with the week rounded off with the crowning of the John Deere Classic winner as the final round gets underway from 17:00 on Sky Sports.
