WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: We preview Friday’s World Cup Qualifiers between GEORGIA v WALES and REPUBLIC OF IRELAND v MOLDOVA with a recommended BETDAQ bet for each game game.
GEORGIA V WALES
5pm While everyone is talking about the huge Wales v Ireland game on Monday night, the result of this game will obviously have a big impact on what’s required Monday night! Wales have put themselves in prime position when winning both their games during the last International break with Ireland only picking up one point from their two games, however they suffered a blow during the week when their star man Gareth Bale was ruled out.
Georgia have been very awkward to beat thus far in World Cup Qualifying, as Wales already know when they were held to a 1-1 draw in Cardiff. We feel that Wales are too short here at 2.06 without Bale, plus they don’t have a good away record in qualifying either. They’ve drawn three of their four away games, their only win coming against the lowly Moldova. It should be a very tough night ahead for Wales, and they look like a great lay at the odds.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND V MOLDOVA
7.45pm Ireland had a bitterly disappointing International break last time out, however they can still end their qualifying campaign on a high note. They’ll go out on the pitch in Dublin knowing the result of the Georgia v Wales game – hard to know if that’s a positive or not – however anything but a victory here is unacceptable. The odds reflect that too, with Ireland as short as 1.12 in the match odds market.
Ireland have a great home record in qualifying, however a team of their level can’t be backed at 1.12 – they just don’t have the quality of players, scoring wise, to even consider going here them at 1.12. They have found it difficult to create chances in recent games, and with a possible nervy start – we feel that the value is definitely with laying Any Other Home Win (Ireland to score four or more and win) at 3.3. Ireland just don’t blow teams away, and that price looks too short for four goals from this Irish team.
