WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS: We look ahead to Sunday’s World Cup qualifiers between Slovakia v England, Czech Republic v Northern Ireland and Malta v Scotland.
Slovakia v England
5pm All eyes will be on Sam Allardyce as he takes charge of his first game as England manager and England are currently trading at 2.04 on BETDAQ to win in 90 minutes. We feel that at 2.04 England are a great value bet – as we all know, Slovakia and England met as recently as Euro 2016 and England absolutely bossed the game, they had 29 shots at goal – which was the most shots in a game under Roy Hodgson – they just couldn’t find the net. Slovakia seen little of the ball and only managed four shots in the whole 90 minutes themselves – obviously home advantage has to come into it however England had a superb record in Euro 2016 qualifying winning all ten games – and totally outclassed Slovakia at Euro 2016, OK Euro 2016 didn’t go well but England always do well in qualifying and we feel that they should be odds on here to get their World Cup campaign off to a winning start.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
England to beat Slovakia at 2.04.

Czech Republic v Northern Ireland
7.45pm Northern Ireland certainly played better than expected in Euro 2016 but you feel that Czech Republic should have too much class for them here and they do look to be a shade of value at around the 1.8 mark. Northern Ireland will more than likely set up quite defensively here though and under 2.5 goals at 1.7 looks to be a better bet than the Czech Republic win at 1.8 – Northern Ireland have failed to score in four of their five Internationals and haven’t conceded more than once since November 2014 – it could be worth backing a Czech Republic 1-0 and 2-0 win in the correct score market too, but under 2.5 goals will be our best bet here.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 1.7.

Malta v Scotland
7.45pm You’d have to say that Scotland wouldn’t usually start an away game at 1.46 however they have certainly improved in recent seasons and they should be able to beat the lowly Malta – we want to look around for a bigger price on this one though. Malta have managed just two wins in their last 14 homes Internationals, while they haven’t won a qualifying game since 2013 – one assumes the major question here is how many will Scotland score? Over 2.5 goals is currently odds against at 2.16 and that doesn’t show much confidence in Scotland’s scoring power but we are happy to take a chance on them and that will be our best bet.
BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 2.16.
