Listowel’s week long Harvest Festival meeting comes to a close today and the going has eased a little to soft to heavy.
I’m saving my bet until the last race today. Snow Falcon in the closing flat race. He has no flat form yet but has won his last two races over hurdles including the Grade 2 Ladbrokes Ireland Boyne Hurdle at Navan which was run on heavy ground.
He should relish the ground and have the class to win this.
Galway Hurdle runner-up Hidden Cyclone has won both his flat starts and is a major danger. He will ensure the price holds up about the selection though.
