PREVIEW
Sunderland have a tough ask if they’re to end the season on a high as Manchester United are next to visit the Stadium of Light looking for plenty of goals. A 2-1 defeat at Fulham meant it’s now been eight games without a win for Sunderland, although that was only their third loss in that stretch.

United must make up an eight goal advantage that City hold over them and it should make for an open game. The Black Cats should be able to really go for it and with United pushing on, they could pick them off on the counter-attack. Sunderland fans will be encouraged by United’s two recent defeats at Wigan and Man City that has left the league leaders in an almost unassailable position.

The Black Cats have not had much joy against the Red Devils of late. The hosts lost 1-0 at Old Trafford earlier in the season and with that failed to score against them for the fourth game running. On United’s last visit the Black Cats fought for a point, but given their current run it’s hard to see them repeating the feat.

My advice would be to back the visitors in the HT/FT double result at around 2.18 on BETDAQ. United know that should City take an early lead against QPR then only a big win will give them any chance to spoil City’s title party.
