BUNDESLIGA SATURDAY: The Ultra previews BAYER LEVERKUSEN v STUTTGART with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
BAYER LEVERKUSEN V STUTTGART
5.30pm The focus from Europe on Saturday comes from the Bundesliga on Betdaq Betting Exchange! With the top Spanish sides in Saudi Arabia for the Spanish Super Cup and the main Serie A action on Sunday, eyes turn to the Bundesliga for Bayer Leverkusen hosting Stuttgart. With only three points between the sides as they fight for the European spots, this is a massive clash. Leverkusen have obviously been through a lot this season but they have bounced back well after the Erik ten Hag drama. Stuttgart come into the weekend sitting in sixth spot, but they are playing some very good football – only Bayern Munich are creating more.
Leverkusen made a very snap early decision to sack ten Hag, but it has worked out well for them. We rarely see a club statement about an ex-manager like it, but obviously things had turned very toxic very quickly. That’s probably been the biggest drama in Germany this season; compare that to what happens almost weekly in the Premier League! This should be a high quality game though; both sides have been playing good football. They are both in the top four on attacking figures but they have both been leaking far too many chances.
We should have an entertaining game so! Bayer Leverkusen come into the game as the favourites at 2.0 with Stuttgart 3.7 and the draw is 4.1 at the time of writing. I have to say I was slightly surprised to see Leverkusen as short as 2.0 when I clicked into the market – I felt we’d see a much more open betting heat. As I said above, Stuttgart have the second best attacking figure this season – an average xG created of 1.79 is very impressive. Obviously Bayern Munich are on a different planet Bundesliga wise, but to compare to the Leverkusen figure – that’s only 1.62.
Where Stuttgart have struggled this season is at the back, but you could say that about Leverkusen too. There’s only 0.01 between them on average xG conceded. I couldn’t put anyone off the Leverkusen lay, but I do feel this game screams goals. Two very attacking sides who haven’t been that solid at the back – Over 2.5 goals looks cracking value at 1.52. I felt we’d see this trading closer to 1.4 given how these two play, and I feel we’re getting so much value at 1.52 that it’s worth a Five Star NAP!
The Ultra Says:
Five points win Over 2.5 goals at 1.52 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE
