CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: We preview Wednesday’s Champions League games between SPURS v INTER MILAN and PSG v LIVERPOOL with recommended BETDAQ bets.
SPURS V INTER MILAN
8pm Spurs will be full of confidence after ending Chelsea’s unbeaten league run on Saturday as they take on Inter Milan at Wembley. But with Inter three points clear of the Londoners, Pochettino’s men know it’s all or nothing on Wednesday night, especially with a trip the Nom Camp looming. Meanwhile Inter know a point would all but secure their qualification as they finish the group stage at home to PSV.
When these sides met in the alternating fixture, Inter came from behind to win 2-1. Not only were there three goals that night, but there have been three or more in each of Spurs’s games in the competition to date. With so much on the line and Spurs needing to win, expect an attacking game, that could go either way.

PSG V LIVERPOOL
8pm Liverpool may be flying in the Premier League but they didn’t do themselves any favours last time out in Europe when the lost away to Crvena Zvezda. They now find themselves in second place in Group C, trailing Napoli by a point, but more importantly only ahead of PSG by the same margin. On the other hand, PSG managed two draws with Napoli and will be looking for a win before they make the trip to Belgrade.
It’s hard to split these two teams, as was the case when they first met, with Liverpool winning 3-2. A goal fest could be on the cards again, especially as a draw isn’t really enough for either team. In saying that, over 2.5 goals doesn’t seem enough for a fixture of this magnitude with two teams who much prefer to attack than defend.
