SATURDAY VALUE HUNT BY THE 20-1 JACKPOT KING: Saturday-jackpot specials by value-king Daqman are back for 2013 tomorrow with his verdicts on Welsh National day. Compare his price-wise predictions based on the reality of BETDAQ morning offers in a free market environment. Last year before Cheltenham he had jackpot bets up at 20-1 (from 33.0) and 14-1.

SIX NAPS UP OUT OF EIGHT: In January last year he had a sequence of six naps up out of eight. During the rest of the year he had sequences of six naps in a row and seven out of nine, just recently in November. Today’s bets are at the foot of the column, which celebrates his 2012 success.

King George at Ascot or King George at Kempton. Flat and jumps all come the same to our king-of-the-tipsters Daqman, who landed both big races in 2012.

11.0 DREAM BET: He was virtually alone among tipsters in selecting Danedream (WON 9-1 from 11.0 on BETDAQ) for the King George at Ascot in July, describing the horse as the value bet of the race.

JACKPOT RUN: Long Run (WON 15-8) completed a long run of Daqman jackpot winners and he also put the nap on him on King George day at Kempton on Boxing Day.

His first big-odds winner of 2012 was typical of his search for value. This is an everyday thing but, on Saturdays and in big races, he raises his stake from the usual 20-point target to win 30, 40 even 50 points with one bet.

That first winner, The Wee Chief (WON 7-1), was 14.0 on BETDAQ on the morning of his selection, nearly double the odds at SP.

BIG WINS AT 20-1, 14-1 AND 9-1: Bourne (WON 14-1) followed a fortnight later at Ascot and, on the very same day, another BETDAQ-inspired coup came with Massini’s Maguire (WON 9-1 from 16.5). Then he picked the Imperial Cup winner at 20-1.

GOLD CUP AND CHAMPION HURDLE DOUBLE: Every NH punter dreams of a sensational Cheltenham and Daqman’s was just that, with the Champion Hurdle winner, Rock On Ruby (WON 11-1 from 17.0 on BETDAQ), and the Gold Cup with Synchronised (WON 8-1 from 11.5).

By this time, Daqman had already earmarked his Grand National horse ante-post, Seabass at a massive 60.0 on BETDAQ. It is history that the horse was a sensational gamble and ran third at 8-1 favourite under Katie Walsh.

It wasn’t to be Daqman’s year in the National. With all those ‘overs’ to spare on the Seabass bet, he also selected Sunnyhill Boy (2nd 16-1 from 20.0 on BETDAQ), beaten a nose in a treat of an Aintree finish.

320 POINTS PROFIT BY DERBY DAY: Daqman had sensational spells of routine tipping, headlining ‘155-point fling’ in May, ‘260 points profit’ and then ‘Derby Day sensation as profits soar to 320 points.’

11-1 AND 17-2 ROYAL ASCOT JACKPOTS: His Royal Ascot success included a winner at 20-1, and high-stakes jackpot scorers with Joviality (WON 11-1 from 16.5 on BETDAQ) and Princess Highway (WON 17-2).

His big-meetings ability was seen yet again at Glorious Goodwood with 107 points profit in three days. Then at York, he had the Ebor winner at 12-1 (16.0 on BETDAQ)

The Daqman horses-to-follow lists also scored, with 14 winners on the Flat and 10 out of 10 from a recent jumps list.

GOLD AND BRONZE: 16-1 AND 9-1: In the autumn, Daqman struck gold with Captain Ramius (WON Ayr Gold Cup 16-1) and the Cambridgeshire winner, Bronze Angel (WON 9-1).

SENSATIONAL NAPS SEQUENCE: His naps continued to hit the headlines. He had sequences close together of seven out of 11 and seven out of nine, adding up to this amazing November run: 11210131311201021021111F11F1

Says Daqman: ‘I have updated my library (third on the list with your cursor on Daqman, or CLICK HERE) to include these results and I will be recording regular reports of my jackpot bets, naps and lays.

‘Yes, don’t forget the lays. I had 12 out of 15 in March last year. They can be bread-and-butter bets while you are looking for the jam.

‘Keep your Daq up! That’s my tip for 2013. Every morning I call up the BETDAQ orange, and I’m amazed to see the lists of offers with total probability down to sometimes 101%, very often 106%. In one ante-post book this week, 93%.

‘Are you Daq layers giving money away or what! I’ll spotlight the morning races that are particular value to be in (punter-friendly, I call them) by marking them Daq Value. That’s is what it’s all about!

‘This morning at Lingfield, I spotted 104% (1.50), 106% (2.20), 107% (2.50) and 109% (3.20). My nap of the day is that three of those four races will be 111% plus at SP. Check it out!

‘Why not the 3.50? Well, as I write, that market is sorting itself out from an early-doors plunge on Sgt Reckless, despite top-weight and despite the fact that all eight rivals he beat in his only race (in May?) have failed to win since, and his stable hasn’t scored in eight weeks.

‘I think this is a case for Superman – over to you, Tony McCoy on Tradewinds – and a little flutter before I get my jackpot bank out for the real racing tomorrow.’
