Where’s the flat racing? DAQMAN thought it was December when he saw today’s cards but heads to the BETDAQ sponsored card at Kempton where he has found a nap this evening.

There’s nothing like an afternoon’s jumping at Perth and Worcester – except for the fact that my diary shows it’s 3rd July.

Like a lot of punters I am now in flat mode and as much as I love the jumps my energies over recent weeks have been firmly on the flat action, yet this afternoon jumps racing dominates.

There is a flat card though at Catterick this afternoon which looks decidedely tricky.

Instead we’ll head to Kempton for bets in the BETDAQ sponsored races this evening.

7:20 200 Free Bets At Betdaq Maiden Stakes (3yo+, Class 5, 1m 4f, 11 runners)

It’s hard to get away from the form of the Saeed Bin Suroor runners at the moment and this is a track they do particularly well at. They won this race last year and in Respect Me have a live chance again tonight. He makes his all-weather debut here but has shown enough on turf to suggest a bold showing here. His Sandown fourth to Testudo two starts ago looks the best form in the whole race here.

8:20 Commission Free 1st Month At Betdaq Handicap (4yo+, Class 3, 2m, 11 runners)

Sir Mark Prescott’s Mutual Regard is unbeaten in AW flat handicaps and is sure to go close again tonight but so far has been easy to back on BETDAQ. His winning sequence ended with defeats on the turf at Ayr and Musselburgh. At the odds I’ll take a chance with top weight Perennial. Frankie Dettori has had a disappointing run of things since his return but is on a horse here from a stable (Charles Hills) who are in great form and he could be interesting on his all-weather debut.

8:50 Betdaq 1st UK Race Commission Free-Everyday Handicap (4yo+, Class 3, 1m 4f, 10 runners)

Ruscello goes well here and has attracted early support in the BETDAQ market. He looks a solid place option.

9:20 Winners Are Welcome At Betdaq Handicap (London Mile Qualifier) (3yo+, Class 4, 1m, 9 runners)

I might be asking too much but it could be another winner for Frankie Dettori. He’s onboard Net Whizz, a course and distance winner, who showed his current well being with a good second to Snnockian Star here last week. The cheekpieces were on for the first time and they are on again tonight.

DAQMAN’S BETS:
BET 4pts win RESPECT ME (7.20 Kempton)
BET 5pts win PERENNIAL (8.20 Kempton)
BET 8pts place RUSCELLO (8.50 Kempton
BET 8pts win (nap) NET WHIZZ (9.20 Kempton)
