Leeds Rhinos will bid to end a poor run that has seen them lose their last three games when they travel to local rivals Hull at the Kingston Communications Stadium tonight.
The Super League champions have been in awful form following their Challenge Cup exit to the Huddersfield Giants, with league defeats at St Helens and to Super League leaders Wigan Warriors in the Magic Weekend.
Hull, on the other hand, have recovered from a sluggish start to the season with successive victories over London Broncos, Warrington and Hull KR.
There was a touch of fortune about their triumph over the Robins last Saturday with video referee Steve Ganson failing to spot Chris Green in an offside position and subsequently awarding the deciding try.
But despite their good form of late, the visitors are still favourites at around 1.92 on BETDAQ. That seems strange considering the form of the respective teams and the fact Hull toppled the Rhinos here last season. With head coach Peter Gentle labelling the match a ‘win at all costs’ encounter for the hosts, they look a good bet at around 2.17 on BETDAQ.
