PREVIEW
Fulham and Norwich are 16th and 15th in the Premier League table and undoubtedly survival will be a much bigger priority for both managers than progress in the FA Cup such is the financial benefits of being in the Premier League.
These two teams are very much contenders for relegation and fought out a 1-1 draw in January forcing the replay at Craven Cottage tonight.
Fulham are really struggling this season and have lost five of their last seven home matches, including on Saturday when thrashed 4-1 by Sunderland, but do have a very good record over Norwich as our head to head records illustrate.
Fulham coach Rene Meulensteen said “nothing positive” would come of fielding a second-string team against Chris Hughton’s side.
We may need to wait at least another 90 minutes to find out who will travel to Sheffield United in the fourth round.
