SUNDAY PREMIER LEAGUE: Two cracking games to look forward to. Everton v West Ham at 1.30pm and Southampton v Chelsea at 4pm. We preview both matches with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
Everton v West Ham
1.30pm An interesting match to start Super Sunday with two teams who have had one and down season thus far. West Ham went through a horror period at the back where it seemed like they were certain to ship at least three goals per game, but after the International break they got their act together at the back and have now conceded just twice in their last four in all competitions, winning three of those. Everton meanwhile are in the middle of a slump in form, they are without a win in five in all competitions – so perhaps this is a good time to lay Everton, especially given that they are trading 1.85, which feels more than a little short against a West Ham team who are finding form, and lets not forget how good they were last season too, losing just five times away from home all season in the league.

Southampton v Chelsea
4pm Chelsea face a tough trip to Southampton here who have conceded just twice in their last six in all competitions, you might think with home advantage that under 2.5 goals might be the play here but Chelsea’s games have seen plenty of goals – they’ve seen over 2.5 in five of their last six in all competitions, so its tough to see value in the goals market here given the prices are 1.9 for under 2.5 and 2.1 for over 2.5 – hard to argue with those odds.
The play might be a Chelsea lay at around 2.5, Southampton are very solid at home, indeed they’ve lost only five times since the start of last season in the league, and they are also unbeaten at home this season too – at around 3.2 to win, they could be a shade of value, but over all we prefer the Chelsea lay in what should be a pretty even match.
