STEPPING ON PACE AT DUNDALK: SHAMROCK looks ahead to Friday’s evening card at Dundalk which gets underway at 5pm.
Irish racing swings back into action on Friday with the regular fixture at Dundalk.
Just six three-year-olds go to post for the six furlong sprint at 8pm but it looks a competitive event.
Canford Art and Hello Brigette are both last time out winners. Canford Art made a winning debut here over five furlongs beating It’s All A Joke who was also due to run here tonight but is now a non runner. Canford Art should be suited by the step up in distance.
Hello Brigette has run well in all three of her starts and gained a first win over this trip at Wolverhampton last time out when sprinting clear to win by four lengths.
Preference tonight though is for the Joseph O’Brien trained Boragh Steps who steps up in distance to the same trip that she won her maiden over at Fairyhouse and she looks to have achieved the most so far from a pure form perspective.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Boragh Steps (8.00 Dundalk)
