BID FOR FOUR NAPS IN A ROW: SHAMROCK bids for his fourth winning NAP in a row with his selection at Dundalk.
El Barra landed the NAP on Thursday when winning the bumper at Thurles impressively and going at least some of the way to justify the hype and his expensive price tag.
Tue: VINTAGE PROSSECO (NAP) WON 9/4
Wed: MESSIDOR (NAP) WON EVENS
Thu: EL BARRA (NAP) WON 4/7
I’m napping at Dundalk today but an early reminder that Cheltenham Champion Bumper winner Ferny Hollow makes his hurdling debut in the 12.15 at Gowran Park. It looks a match on the BETDAQ Betting Exchange between himself and the equally as exciting Bob Olinger who was really impressive when winning a bumper here back in March.
I’m hoping Ratib can bring up the nap four-timer by taking the opener on Dundalk’s card – at 3.55pm – a maiden over a mile.
The Joseph O’Brien trained runner ran well on debut over course and distance in what looked a much superior maiden earlier in the month and with normal improvement should be well up to taking this prize.
SHAMROCK’S BETS:
NAP: Ratib (3.55 Dundalk)
