KILBEGGAN NAP: SHAMROCK’S Friday nap runs in the final race at Kilbeggan tonight.
Hopefully, the best saved until last tonight with the nap Wilms Warrior running in the final race at Kilbeggan at 9.00.
The betting is pointing to a three-way battle in the bumper but I much prefer the chances of Wilms Warrior who made a pleasing debut under rules when fourth of 12 to Gunner McGregor at Clonmel.
The third from that race, Sweet Shirleen, has run a couple of good races since and the form looks solid enough.
Although Tara Gig was fourth last time out he was beaten 38 lengths.
Gordon Elliott’s Barra Hooley is well bred and is probably a winner in waiting – let’s just hope its not tonight.
