FAME BUT NO GLORY: Shamrock takes on last year’s winner Fame And Glory in the Vintage Crop Stakes at Navan this afternoon.

The concession of 10lb to his younger rival might be too much today for Fame And Glory. The early market signs are also not positive on him as he has moved from odds on to odds against.
The O’Brien team should at least come into the race with a winner through Offer in the previous race, but looking at the odds it’s almost a case of ‘no offers’ about the hotpot Offer.
