SHAMROCK NOW 5 WINNING NAPS FROM THE LAST 6: Another winning NAP from SHAMROCK yesterday with Mozoltov (WON 1-2) which now means the last three have won 5/4, 9/4 and 1/2 and the sequence is also now 5 winners from the last 6.

There are three Graded races on the Navan card on Sunday and in the feature Navan Novice Hurdle a good race is in prospect despite the small field of just four runners.
It should see Briar Hill follow up on his debut jumping success at Wexford where we didn’t learn too much about him as it was a poor event and he went off the 1/9 favourite !
But he won in good style, making all the running and pushed out to won by 11 lengths. This, needless to say, is much tougher but we already know Briar Hill is a class performer as he won the Cheltenham Festival Bumper.
He already has shortish quotes for this season’s Neptune Management Investment Hurdle and the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle, but today is all about continuing his education and hopefully he can win well this afternoon.
